Scrub Portland follows these same strict guidelines at every appointment, and all services are performed in alignment with current CDC-recommended cleaning and sanitation practices. You’ll also see organization services listed separately at a rate of $30 per hour, should you choose to include those as part of your service.
One-Time Services
Our One-Time Cleaning Service is ideal for homes that need a professional clean without ongoing commitment. This service is billed hourly and customized to the condition of your space. Cleaners focus on high-impact areas to deliver the best results within the scheduled time. Hourly estimates are not guarantees. Final pricing is based on time worked and approved scope.
Best for: first-time cleanings, deep refreshes, seasonal resets, or special occasions. Flat-rate pricing does not apply to any of our one-time services. See Terms of Service for more details on pricing.
Also called a deep start clean, this is the first full reset. We tackle the built-up grime, hidden dust bunnies, and most neglected zones—this will include vents, behind appliances, high touchpoints, the works. It sets the stage for ongoing maintenance.
Initial Cleaning Service

Estate Cleaning
Our Estate Cleaning Service provides respectful, thorough cleaning for homes being prepared after a life transition. This service focuses on deep cleaning of empty or partially cleared spaces to help prepare the property for sale, transfer, or occupancy.
You Choose How Often
Our Technicians come and clean your residence or property just one time, this is typically for first time initial cleans, intensive, and all tenancy cleaning services.
One Time Service
Our Technicians come and clean your residence or property once every week or on a bi-weekly schedule, this is typically for maintenance cleaning services.
