REQUESTS REQUIRING PRIOR APPROVAL

Some projects may require additional labor, specialized products or equipment, a different service category, or an on-site assessment before we can accept the work.

Large-scale wall washing
Extensive grout restoration
High or difficult-to-access areas
Large garages, basements, or storage areas
Excessive pet hair
Significant clutter that prevents access to surfaces
Cleaning requiring furniture or appliance movement
Specialty or delicate surfaces
Unusual stains or residue
Projects requiring specialized equipment

HOW SPECIAL REQUESTS WORK

Submit your request with as much detail as possible. Photos or video are encouraged for unusual projects.

Scrub will review the request and determine:

Whether we can safely perform the work
The appropriate service type
Estimated labor requirements
Any special equipment or supplies needed
Applicable pricing or additional charges

Special Request Cleaning is customized to the individual project. Submission of a request does not guarantee that the service can be performed. All special requests are subject to review and approval before work begins.

Only the services specifically approved for your appointment are included in the scope of work. Additional requests made during the appointment may require additional time and charges and are subject to availability.
