Initial Deep Cleanings

An Initial Cleaning is a comprehensive reset designed for first-time clients or homes that have not been professionally cleaned on a regular schedule. This service allows our team to establish a baseline level of cleanliness and ensures future maintenance cleanings can be completed efficiently and effectively.

This service includes detailed attention to kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms, with additional time dedicated to buildup, dust, grime, and overlooked areas. High-touch surfaces, visible buildup, and commonly missed details receive focused care to bring the home to a well-maintained standard.

Who This Service Is Meant For

An Initial Cleaning is required before starting recurring maintenance services and may take longer than a standard visit depending on the condition of the space. This service is ideal for new clients, recently moved-in homes, or properties transitioning into a regular cleaning schedule.

Initial Cleanings require additional time and may take longer than maintenance services. Excessive buildup, heavy soil, or neglected areas may require add-ons or extended time. This service establishes the baseline for future maintenance cleanings

  • Interior oven cleaning

  • Interior refrigerator/freezer cleaning

  • Interior cabinets and drawers

  • Interior windows beyond reachable areas

  • Heavy wall washing

  • Organization or decluttering

  • Laundry or dishes

  • Mold remediation or biohazard cleanup

KITCHEN

  • Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash

  • Wipe exterior of cabinets and drawers

  • Clean appliance exteriors (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave)

  • Clean stovetop and range hood exterior

  • Clean and sanitize sink and faucet

  • Spot-clean walls and switch plates

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Empty trash and replace liner

BEDROOMS/OFFICES

  • Dust all accessible surfaces

  • Dust furniture, décor, and fixtures

  • Spot-clean walls and switch plates

  • Clean mirrors (if applicable)

  • Vacuum floors and/or mop hard surfaces

  • Empty trash

BATHROOMS

  • Clean and sanitize toilet (bowl, seat, base, exterior)

  • Scrub shower and/or tub (walls, fixtures, doors)

  • Clean and polish mirrors and fixtures

  • Wipe exterior of cabinets and drawers

  • Clean and sanitize sink and countertops

  • Spot-clean walls and switch plates

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Empty trash

THROUGHOUT THE HOME

  • Dust all ceilings and accessible surfaces

  • Dust furniture, décor, and fixtures

  • Spot-clean walls and switch plates

  • Clean mirrors (if applicable)

  • ​General dust removal from vents (reachable)

  • Vacuum floors and/or mop hard surfaces

  • Empty trash
