I began my career with The Cleaning Authority, where I received formal training in industry-standard systems and high-quality cleaning protocols.
Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of residential and commercial environments, refining a service approach centered on consistency, care, and measurable results. I take pride in delivering dependable service while treating every property with professionalism and respect.
My name is Michelle, and I oversee all aspects of Scrub Portland’s operations—from scheduling and client coordination to digital marketing, community outreach, accounting, and product selection.
