Our Maintenance Cleaning service is designed for homes that receive regular professional cleaning and need routine upkeep to stay fresh, comfortable, and under control.

We focus on the areas that collect everyday dust, fingerprints, crumbs, hair, and buildup—refreshing kitchens and bathrooms, dusting surfaces, cleaning floors, emptying trash, and taking care of the details that keep your home feeling genuinely clean.

Who This Service Is Meant For

Maintenance Cleaning is ideal for recurring weekly, biweekly, or regularly scheduled clients. Homes requiring significant buildup removal, extensive scrubbing, or restorative cleaning may require a Detailed Cleaning before beginning maintenance service.

Our Service Checklist

Maintenance Cleaning is designed to maintain an already-cleaned home through consistent, professional upkeep. Our team focuses on routine buildup, high-use areas, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and floors to keep your space feeling fresh between visits.

Not Included (Unless Added Separately)

  • Heavy buildup, grease, soap scum, or mineral deposits

  • Baseboard hand washing

  • Detailed doors, trim, and molding

  • Interior oven cleaning

  • Interior refrigerator cleaning

  • Interior cabinets and drawers

  • Interior window washing

  • Blinds requiring detailed hand cleaning

  • Post-construction dust or debris

  • Wall washing

  • Heavy-duty grout cleaning

  • Extensive pet hair removal

  • Organization or decluttering

  • Dishes or (May not be excessive, 20+ items)

  • Laundry and linen exchange

  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances 

  • Biohazardous materials

  • Mold remediation

  • Pest-related cleanup

  • Hoarding or excessive-condition cleaning

  • Other Health and/or Safety Risk is not accommodatable

KITCHEN

  • Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash

  • Wipe exterior of cabinets and drawers

  • Clean appliance exteriors (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave)

  • Clean stovetop and range hood exterior

  • Clean and sanitize sink and faucet

  • Spot-clean walls and switch plates

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Empty trash and replace liner

BEDROOMS/OFFICES

  • Dust all accessible surfaces

  • Dust furniture, décor, and fixtures

  • Changing Linens and making beds

  • Spot-clean walls and switch plates

  • Clean mirrors (if applicable)

  • Vacuum floors and/or mop hard surfaces

  • Empty trash

BATHROOMS

  • Clean and sanitize toilet (bowl, seat, base, exterior)

  • Scrub shower and/or tub (walls, fixtures, doors)

  • Clean and polish mirrors and fixtures

  • Wipe exterior of cabinets and drawers

  • Clean and sanitize sink and countertops

  • Spot-clean walls and switch plates

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Empty trash

THROUGHOUT THE HOME

  • Remove visible dust, dirt, debris, and cobwebs

  • Dust accessible surfaces, furniture, shelving, décor, and fixtures

  • Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces

  • Clean light switches, door handles, and accessible handles

  • Spot-clean doors and door frames as needed

  • Clean mirrors and accessible glass surfaces

  • Empty trash and replace liners

  • Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas

  • Vacuum and/or mop hard-surface flooring

  • Straighten furniture and décor

  • Check for obvious items left behind by previous guests

  • Complete a final visual inspection for guest readiness
