This allows us to review layout, condition, and scope without delaying your booking. How to Complete Your Virtual Walkthrough Step 1 — Record a Short Video Using your phone, record a clear walkthrough video of the space. • Walk slowly • Use natural lighting when possible • No editing needed Please include: • Entryways and common areas • Kitchen (including appliances) • Bathrooms • Bedrooms and additional rooms • Floors, baseboards, and high-use areas • Any areas of concern or special requests Step 2 — Upload or Share the Video Follow the instructions provided after submitting your quote request. Depending on availability, you may be asked to: • Upload the video directly through our booking system • Share a private link (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, etc.) • Respond to a follow-up message with the video attached (You’ll receive clear directions for the method we need.) Step 3 — We Review & Confirm Once received, our team will review your walkthrough, finalize your estimate, and confirm next steps.
