Service Rate & Minimum • Hourly Rate: $65–$75 per hour (recommend $70/hr as the anchor) • Required Minimum: 5 hours per service • Additional time billed hourly as needed This service is labor-intensive and requires dedicated time to ensure the property is handled thoughtfully and efficiently. ⸻ What’s Included ☐ Sorting & Clearing ☐ Sort items into designated categories (keep, donate, discard) ☐ Clear rooms, closets, cabinets, and storage areas ☐ Consolidate items per client or estate instructions ☐ Bag and stage discard items for removal ☐ Set aside items of concern or uncertainty for review ⸻ ☐ Light Cleaning & Reset ☐ Remove debris and loose items from floors and surfaces ☐ Wipe down cleared surfaces (light cleaning only) ☐ Vacuum or sweep cleared areas ☐ Empty trash and replace liners ☐ Basic reset to prepare property for next steps ⸻ ☐ Coordination & Care ☐ Follow written or verbal estate instructions ☐ Work respectfully around personal or sentimental items ☐ Communicate questions or concerns during service ☐ Final walkthrough to confirm cleared areas ⸻ Add-On Services (Optional) ☐ Donation drop-off coordination ☐ Junk or bulk item haul-away (third-party or quoted separately) ☐ Detailed cleaning after clearing ☐ Appliance interior cleaning ☐ Inside cabinets & drawers ☐ Garage, attic, or storage unit clearing ☐ Estate preparation for sale or listing ⸻ Important Notes • 5-hour minimum service requirement applies • This service focuses on clearing and organization, not deep cleaning • Hazardous materials, biohazards, or construction debris are not included • Heavy furniture moving may require additional staffing or coordination • Final pricing is based on time, scope, and volume of items ⸻ When Estate Clearing Is Recommended • After a passing or transition of ownership • Before listing a property for sale • Prior to move-out or renovation • When downsizing or managing inherited property ⸻ Client Disclosure Estate clearing can involve emotional and sensitive circumstances. We approach each service with professionalism, respect, and discretion, and encourage clients to communicate priorities clearly before service begins.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We always recommend rescheduling and prefer it over cancellations. Cancellations without notice of at least 24 hours will result in a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service amount. All cancellation and/or lock-out fees must be paid in full prior to booking with us in the future.
