How to Change or Update Your Appointment with ScrubPDX

Booking your cleaning service should feel easy—and managing your appointment should be just as seamless. If your schedule shifts or you need to make adjustments, updating your booking through our system is quick and straightforward.

Accessing Your Booking

All appointments with ScrubPDX are managed through our booking platform powered by Wix.

To make changes:

Locate your booking confirmation email
Open the email and select “Manage Booking”
This will take you directly to your appointment details page

What You Can Update

From your booking dashboard, you can easily:

Reschedule your appointment to a new date or time
Update contact details if needed
Modify service notes (add special requests, access instructions, etc.)
Cancel your appointment if necessary

Rescheduling Your Appointment

To reschedule:

Click “Reschedule” from your booking page
Select a new available date and time
Confirm your changes

You’ll receive an updated confirmation email once your new appointment is secured.

When to Reach Out Directly

While most updates can be handled online, there are a few situations where it’s best to contact us directly:

Last-minute changes (within 24 hours of your appointment)
Major service adjustments (adding deep cleaning, move-out services, etc.)
Questions about availability or custom requests

In these cases, simply reply to your confirmation email or contact us through the website.
