We handle the full assembly process for organizing-related products, from simple components to more complex systems. Each item is assembled with precision and care, following manufacturer guidelines to ensure stability, safety, and longevity.

Responsible Disposal

Donations are managed with care and, when approved, directed to local charities and donation centers where items can serve a meaningful purpose. This step allows usable items to continue their lifecycle while supporting the community.

Additions to Consider

For clarity and ease, the following considerations apply when booking our Organization Services. We prioritize transparency and clearly disclose all fees and any upfront costs.

Product Sourcing and Procurement

For clients who prefer a hands-off approach, we will manage the entire shopping and return process for your project for a fee of $100.

This option includes:

  • Purchasing containers and organizing materials based on the approved plan

  • Handling any necessary returns

  • Charging materials at retail price with no additional markup

This option is ideal for clients who want a streamlined, stress-free experience.

Provided On-Hand Materials

If you choose to use containers or organizing materials we already have in stock, a small fee will be applied to cover transportation and storage.

  • Fee typically ranges between 10%–20% of the actual retail cost of the items

  • Percentage is based on quantity, size, and handling requirements

This option offers flexibility while allowing immediate access to proven organizing products.

Larger Disposal Needs

Trash removal is not included in our hourly rate. If additional disposal is required, we are happy to assist in one of the following ways:

  • Provide trash removal services for an additional charge, or

  • Recommend trusted bulk trash removal companies to support larger disposal needs

This structure allows clients to control costs while ensuring items are handled responsibly and efficiently.

Session Time Requirements

Establishing a minimum session length allows us to dedicate a focused block of time to your space and create noticeable, lasting impact.

Organizing and decluttering are most effective when completed in structured phases rather than short, fragmented visits.

This approach allows us to:

  • Make significant progress in each session

  • Reduce the likelihood of partially completed systems

  • Move efficiently toward a fully organized and decluttered space

  • Potentially reduce the total number of sessions needed, saving you both time and money

Packing and Unpacking Support

Packing and unpacking require additional time and care. An 8-hour minimum allows us to handle your belongings properly while maintaining organization, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the process.

This ensures:

  • Careful handling and protection of your items

  • Thoughtful placement and organization in your new home

  • Reduced stress during a major transition

  • A smoother, more efficient move-in or move-out experience
