Estate Cleaning Hourly Rate: $75 per hour, per cleaner (Custom quotes available for full-estate or recurring service) Estate Cleaning Checklist (Scope adjusted per home and materials present) General Living Areas & Bedrooms +Dusting of all surfaces, including high ledges, trim, doors, and baseboards +Hand-wipe of furniture, décor, and built-ins +Vacuuming of carpets and rugs (edge detailing included) +Hard floor cleaning and conditioning (wood, tile, stone) +Interior window sills and frames +Light switch plates and outlet covers cleaned +Cobweb removal throughout Kitchen +Exterior and interior wipe-down of appliances +Cabinet fronts hand-cleaned +Countertops cleaned and sanitized (material-appropriate) +Sink scrubbed and polished +Backsplash detailed +Range hood exterior cleaned +Trash and recycling removal Bathrooms +Full sanitization of sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets +Polishing of fixtures and hardware +Mirror and glass detailing +Cabinet fronts and vanities wiped +Tile and grout attention as needed +Polishing & Specialty Care +Metal polishing (brass, chrome, stainless steel, nickel fixtures) +Stone care (marble, granite, quartz—cleaned with non-abrasive, stone-safe products) +Spot polishing of decorative hardware and accents +Gentle care for specialty surfaces and finishes Estate-Level Add-On Services (Available upon request) +Interior refrigerator detailing +Interior oven detailing +Hand-cleaning of chandeliers and light fixtures +Interior window and track cleaning +Baseboard and trim deep detailing +Closet and wardrobe organization +Pantry organization and labeling +Linen closet resets +Laundry folding and light linen rotation +Post-event or pre-guest reset cleaning +Move-in / seasonal estate reset cleaning Add-On & Specialty Services Rate: $75 per hour (Some specialty items may require a custom quote depending on size, height, or material.) Notes +Organization services are billed hourly and tailored to the client’s goals. +All products used are professional-grade, with eco-friendly and low-scent options available. +This service may be provided as a one-time deep clean or as part of a recurring estate maintenance plan.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We always recommend rescheduling and prefer it over cancellations. Cancellations without notice of at least 24 hours will result in a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service amount. All cancellation and/or lock-out fees must be paid in full prior to booking with us in the future.
